In business since 1971, “Service Associates” is an importer and indenter of chemical raw materials and machines for paint, inks, food-packaging, coating, cosmetics, plastics, heat insulation, and construction. With a strong focus on research, we are constantly discovering new avenues and technologies that will allow us to provide our clientele with the highest-quality products at the most competitive prices.

Service Associates was founded by late Saifuddin Zainuddin, who hailed from a business-minded family of the Dawoodi Bohra community of the sub-continent. After his demise in 2004, the business is now handled by his wife Fatema Saifuddin, who had worked alongside him for many years.

How we work

The company renders its services to direct importers by issuing indents on behalf of its principal companies. Industries and larger units are managed by our experienced sales staff from the Head Office.

Our technical team is available to troubleshoot any problems and answer queries.
